Don’t rely on luck. You don’t have to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! Although it was originally a Catholic holy day honoring the patron saint of Ireland, St. Patty’s has evolved into a secular celebration that is synonymous with wearing green, drinking beer, attending parades, and spreading the “luck of the Irish.”
Ironically, while some believe the luck of the Irish is a positive statement about a person’s ability to overcome long odds, others contend that it’s a sarcastic commentary describing a person who suffers from perpetual bad luck. (You may have heard of Murphy’s Law.)
No matter your beliefs, you don’t need to carry a four leaf clover in your pocket in the hope of having a bright financial future. That’s why we’re here. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
